Terms and Conditions:
Deposit:
50% Deposit required at time of booking to secure reservation.
100% Deposit required for single night bookings. We accept payment – Visa, Mastercard or eftpos.
Cancellation
Policy:
7 days or more prior to Arrival date, deposit refunded less Booking Agents commission,fees & GST (approx. 15% of full tariff) if applicable.
Less than 7 days including “no show” deposit retained. No refund on unused portions of packages.
Arrival/Departure Times Check-in-time is after 3.00 p.m. and check-out-time is 11.00 a.m. All Prices quoted include GST.
